Service / Financial Advisers
Dimensional's mutual funds are designed to meet the needs of professional investors, and our resources are devoted to improving these strategies wherever possible. Developing customised portfolio solutions involves taking the risk preferences, tax situations, and lifetime objectives of each client into account. We believe this task is best left to a professional advisor who is directly familiar with his or her client's financial experience, risk tolerance, and goals.

As a result, Dimensional fund shares are not available directly to individuals but are limited to clients of a select group of fee-only financial advisory firms. The relationship between Dimensional and the independent advisor is based on shared views about how capital markets work and how best to provide clients with a successful investment experience.

To help entrepreneurial advisors build their business and manage their practice, Dimensional provides educational support and consultants. We also assist advisors through webinars on advanced topics, conferences featuring some of the nation's most distinguished financial economists, and an extensive private website of articles, research, and analytic tools.

Dimensional Ltd. has a team in place in London to provide services to financial adviser clients worldwide. The primary contact for advisers interested in our funds is Sam Adams, a Vice President at Dimensional Ltd. The financial adviser client service team in London works closely with Dimensional's global team, which allows us to keep fully abreast of current research and developments.
